The cozy atmosphere of the bar area, with an open fireplace, made our stay feel special. Plus, the breakfast featuring freshly baked croissants and smoked salmon was a delightful treat.

The room was compact with a lovely bed and with large shower in a lovely clean bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to town centre, the mountains and Abergavenny.

Lovely little property with a delicious breakfast. Knowledgeable staff, friendly check-in and pleasant bar. Location - particularly good close to restaurants, the castle, museum, river walk and gardens as well as the shops and cafes and transport.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially keith. The bar area was cozy with a nice vibe, and the gin selection was amazin. The breakfast was a feast with loads of choices like fresh fruit and pastries, and the bed was super comfy. Really loved the decor too, reminded me of a nice mix of old and new.

Only downside was that the room was a bit small and kinda dark at times. It was strange that there was no food served, had to walk to a nearby place for dinner.

The breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic range. We also enjoyed exploring Triley Fields nearby, one of Wales' largest equestrian centres, perfect for our family outing.

Pleasant room, cozy bar area, with excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and comfortable options for tea and coffee. Our room was super clean and the inviting bar offered a great atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby town.

We enjoyed visiting Triley Fields, where we took lessons for all levels. The room was cozy, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the limited parking options, a bit inconvenient with all our luggage.

Just spent 2 nights here as a solo traveler. The room was super comfy and felt really fancy! Loved the fresh sourdough at breakfast-it hit the spot! The staff were super friendly, and they even let us use a room to clean up after our muddy hike. Only thing is, the bar area got a bit busy at night.
